Larry was very thorough and knowledgeable !!! He found the problem and fixed it !!! Unfortunately, the previous technician that came out 2 days earlier didn't fix my problem. It was only an $0.88 part. Larry got my furnace running in no time. I will request him in the future. THANK YOU LARRY I HAVE HEAT & HOT WATER !!!

Each year Mr. Moon has come to service my furnace and hot water tank and each year I am so pleased that each appliance has NO problems over the year.
